This agreement follows on from our submissions guide. Upon submission you represent and warrant to E-International Relations that,
You have legal capacity to agree to this Publishing Agreement,
You are the author(s) of the work,
AI has not been used to generate any text or ideas in your submission, and no text has been materially reshaped/restyled or rewritten by AI-powered editing software,
The work is original and has not been previously published,
There is no previous agreement to publish the work and is not currently under review with another publisher,
No part of the work infringes any copyright,
The work is not unlawful and contains no statement known to be false or libellous,
The work does not pose a danger to the life or security of any person, including the author(s), and,
Submission gives prior consent to your work being published, with the understanding that it cannot be unpublished/removed unless we become aware of any issues ascertaining to the points above.
If the work is accepted for publication, E-International Relations;
May reproduce the work in any form,
Shall attribute the work to you,
Will charge you no fee for publication, but will pay no royalty or honorarium to you,
Will publish the work under the Creative Commons CC BY-NC 4.0 license. This also allows unlimited non-commercial and educational uses of your content by other services under open access principles (e.g. students, educators) and publishers (e.g. non commercial websites, academic publications).
Will require you to attribute/link the work’s original publication with E-International Relations in any subsequent use. You retain all other rights to the work.
This Publishing Agreement will remain in force for the entire copyright term of the work.
E-International Relations is owned and operated by E-IR Publications Limited, a UK registered non-profit company. You agree to indemnify E-IR Publications Limited, its directors, employees, editors and volunteers (as applicable) against any claim alleging facts that constitute a breach of any term of this Publishing Agreement.
This is the entire agreement between you and E-International Relations / E-IR Publications Limited.
